Our process consists of the following steps:
- A personal interview at our location or via Skype.
- We start with our search and see which clients matches with your profile.
- Do we have a job/position? Then we will contact you.
- After your approval, we introduce you by our client.
- When there is mutual interest we schedule an interview with the client.
- Before the interview takes place, the applicant fills in a self-analysis / business analysis. Based on these data, we are able, to create a good briefing. In this way, you are fully prepared for your interview.
- Is there after the interview with the client a final match? Then we place you successfully by our client.
- After the placement, we remain a contact point for candidates within the project.
